Unlike the usual “retail” products purchased from the store, which usually contain nothing more than detergents or harmful solvents, these commercial-grade solutions really do work. At Ecosteam, we are concerned about the products that you use on your valuable carpet and upholstered surfaces, and especially about the safety of the people and pets you care the most about. Spot Out^® was introduced in 2002 and remains the most popular consumer product in our company’s history. It is a surfactant based organic stain remover that is completely safe and effective at removing those stubborn food, grease, and typical household stains from carpeted and upholstered surfaces. It comes in a 16oz. bottle with a convenient safety-lock trigger sprayer. Spot Out^® is provided free of charge to all residential clients.

Bottom Line^® was formulated because of resulting consumer complaints about the expensive and ineffective retail products available. After 2 years of research and careful analysis, we engineered a very unique product that contains a special disinfectant, is salmonella free and utilizes pH resistant strains of enzymes and bacteria. It was developed especially for tough odor problems cause by urine, vomit and feces. It comes in a 32oz. bottle and is designed to be ready-to-use or mixed with 3 parts water / 1 part product, yielding one gallon of usable solution. Bottom Line^® is sold for $20.00 per quart.
